Leisure activities
Fitness

I guess it is the only sport activity I’ve been interested in since my schoolhood. I started training at the school gym but soon after it was closed. Then I changed a couple of gyms and these days I ‘work’ in the «Avanguard» powerlifting gym supported by the Ministry of Emergency Situations. There I’ve been training for over six years.
Martial Arts

This perfect and dynamic kind of sport made a great influence on me. When a first year student I started going karate at the first course of the University in the «Katanakai» club and then became a member of MSTU’s team at the competitions. In 2004 I was a student of the “Martial Arts Federation” and trained there about a year. There I studied ‘army’ and ‘dinamo’ versions of melee fight.
In 2001-2004 I participated «Open Tatami» contests in over 90 kg weight category.
Inner “MAF” championship – silver medal in over 84 kg weight category.
North-Western Moscow District – gold medal in heavy-weight category.
I also took part in the Oleg Taktarov’s master-class in 2004.

Hustle Dancing

A very nice combination of the ballroom and a la Latino dancing styles which was very popular in the American bars in 1960-1970, because it’s possible to dance hustle to any music and with any partner.
Horse Riding

I took to horse riding all of a sudden for myself because of my great friend Alevtina Rodionova. Indeed riding and hustle give me that unforgetable emotions which one can’t find in everyday life. Hustle is a communication with a partner and riding is a communication with beautiful, strong and graceful animals.
Massage Techniques
I was at the master-class of a very great specialist from the Ukraine, Kharkov. He’s a really magician. He made his own style combined oriental and western techniques. I really liked it, that the elements of the Turkish soapy massage and oil massage make an interesting influence on an emotional state. You can not only make somebody relaxed but change a person’s state of soul.
Fashion
It’s not a great secret that a dress-code makes a significant influence on life. If we dress properly we can get a good job or just make a perfect impression. Besides clothes is a big cultural layer. So I had a course of a professional style guide at the 'Ortega project'. Now I’m going to the English Stylists School “First Impressions”.
Photography
I took to photography not long ago. I used to photograph as a nonpro but recently I understood that I want more. I studied at the 'Photo Class' courses. My master was Yuli Shik, one of the greatest photographs in Moscow specializing on weddings. You can see his works here:
